  • Crossfit

    Our traditional CrossFit workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

  • On Ramp

    The On-Ramp Program is where all new athletes begin their journey at CrossFit Ascension. This program is designed to teach you everything you need to know to get started with your training.  We will introduce you to all the foundational movements with tips to optimize safety and efficiency, teach you the nutritional strategies that we use to get incredible results and show you exactly how to ramp up intensity appropriately to ensure you get the very most out of your training everyday.

  • Personal Training

    Our personal training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced athlete looking to become a more well-rounded athlete with specialized, individual training. Our world-class coaches will work with you to help define your goals, develop a specific program and be your personal guide.

  • Sport Performance

    Sports Performance is one of the most effective ways to meet your goals, whether it’s to target weaknesses, train for a competition (CrossFit or otherwise), or just optimize your potential and accelerate your training. The focus is on you and you only. You will be paired with one of our world-class coaches who will design a personalized, periodized program that will most effectively and efficiently guide you to reach your goals.

  • Nutrition

    Nutrition counseling is tailored specifically to meet your needs and maximize results as you work towards your goals. We make what most people find to be the hardest part of fitness simple and flexible. We’ll work together to find the right set point for you as a unique individual, and teach you how to make your body and food work for you as a coordinated system. CrossFit as a workout regimen is proven to provide superior results over the typical gym routine; dialing in nutrition boosts results not only in body composition but also rate of recovery so that your work capacity increases dramatically.

  • Speed Training

    Speed Program – In sports, there is one universal truth: SPEED KILLS. Our 8-week Speed Program is designed to increase straight-ahead speed and acceleration. You’ll amp up your speed with 4 workouts every week, including proprietary warmups, plyometrics, sprinting, and cool-down protocols designed to jump start the recovery process and calm the central nervous system from the stresses of sprinting. Our Speed Program is deal for any stick, ball, racquet or field sport athlete.

  • Ascension Kids

    Our Ascension Kids program is designed for youngest athletes, focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. They are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adulthood. By incorporating running, jumping, pushing, pulling and other activities kids naturally enjoy doing, we create a fun, play-like group environment where kids thrive. This program also encourages a community based on mutual respect and encouragement, building self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships.
